How To Register For The CRSC Refund Portal For Money Refunds Step 1: To register as a depositor, enter your 12-digit membership number, 10-digit mobile number that is linked to your Aadhaar, and the final four digits of your Aadhaar number. Then click “Get OTP.”
Step 2: Complete the registration procedure by entering the OTP that was sent to the Aadhaar-linked mobile number. | |||||||||
Process for CRCS Depositor Login Step 1: On the “Depositor Login Screen,” click “Get OTP” after entering the last four digits of your Aadhaar number, a captcha, and your mobile number that is linked to your Aadhaar.
Step 2 : Enter the OTP that was sent to the Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
Step 3: After logging in, the depositor will see the Aadhaar Consent Screen. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, click the “I Agree” box to move on to the next page.
Step 4: Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and click “Get OTP” on the Personal Details Screen. OTP will be sent to the Aadhaar-linked mobile number of the depositor.
Step 5: Input the OTP and click “Verify OTP.”
Step 6: The system displays the Aadhaar user details, including First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Father/Husband Name, after verifying the OTP.
Step 7: The user may also enter their email address before selecting “Save Email” and clicking the “Next” button.
Step 8: The depositor enters the information as it appears on the screen.
Step 9: After selecting the “Add Claim” button, the depositor will see all the information in the grid below. The depositor can add several Claim Details here.
Step 10: After entering all the claim information, generate the prefilled claim request form.
Step 11: Attach the most recent photo and properly sign across both the photo and the Claim form.
Step 12: Upload the Claim Form and a copy of your PAN card to the “Upload Documents” screen. If the claim is for more than $50,000, a PAN Card is required. (Note: The maximum file sizes for PAN cards and signed claim request forms with an attached photo are 2MB and 50KB, respectively.)
Step 13 : Thank you A page with a claim request number will appear. Please remember the Claim Request Number for future use.
